INCOSE is a not-for-profit membership organization founded in 1990. Our mission is to advance the state of the art and practice of systems engineering in industry, academia, and government by promoting interdisciplinary, scaleable approaches to produce technologically appropriate solutions that meet societal needs.  Visit the INCOSE parent website at www.incose.org for more information about the organization and current events worldwide.

The North Texas Chapter was founded in 1992 was one of the first INCOSE Chapters in the United States and is one of the largest with over 160 members from organizations through the Dallas-Ft Worth Metropolis, Oklahoma and Southern Kansas. The largest company contingents are represented by most major aerospace and defense corporations, system engineering consultants, system engineering tool vendors, civil agencies, universities and the telecommunications and electronics industry.

 The Chapter’s mission is to provide our membership a North Texas Systems Engineering Center of Excellence through professional networking, systems engineering education, academic community services and corporate sponsorship opportunities.   The center consists of chapter members, corporate sponsors, local universities and various partner industry organizations.
